I was there for a yearly inspection, but whatever you're there for, I find they don't give you the detailed paperwork they used to. I like to see where they would check the tire pressure, how good the brakes are, etc, etc. They do an excellent job on my car as always and am very grateful for them being so good and knowledgeable at their job. Keep up the good work Mike Kelly Automotive!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. I was introduced to my salesman Carl Saviano and immediately felt comfortable and was not pressured into anything. Jason Ewing in financing also worked with me and got me into a payment that was affordable and in my budget. State inspection, put the wrong sticker on the truck. Put a 9/26 and it should have been 11/26 on it. Two months before and the month of. Weather stripping on the seal plate at the driver's door is still loose and falling off. I guess I will have to repair myself to be right. And then tried to charge me $137.00 for services rendered. That really put the icing on the cake. First oil change and tire rotation was on the house. I bought the truck in April 2025 as a leftover 2024. Service made everything right though. Just had to pay for the inspection sticker.

Our AC was blowing hot air, we needed to have it fixed quickly to go out of town for an upcoming funeral. I tried several Chevy dealers close to our home, soonest any of them could get us in would be middle of August or later. I then called Kelly Kia Chevy where we purchased our Blazer which is an hour away from us. I spoke with Dave Thiry in service he was FANTASTIC he got me in that afternoon ordered the part which would come the next day. He set us up with a rental and by the end of the very next business day we were cool and on our way. Well worth the drive! Thank You Dave Thiry for getting us in so quickly and doing your job oh so well and to the mechanic who worked on our vehicle. Kelly Kia All The Way!

The male technician at the service desk in the garage didn’t want to be bothered.I approached and advised him that I had made appointment for 11:30am and was informed by phone that they over booked and was asked to come in early at 11:00am. This guy said he would be with me in a moment.10 minutes later he was still looking at his paperwork.Thank goodness the female Technician had finished with her customer asked if she could help.This girl was very pleasant and helpful and tending to my service needs,she was excellent .The other male tech never addressed me or my appointment,he seemed a bit bothered and rude.I know everyone can have a bad day now and then but if treats others like this Kellys may need to look in to it. I have purchased several vehicles from Kellys and the sales Reps were always incredible.But the service male tech I approached need an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers.I most likely will go elsewhere for my service in the future.

He tended to both of our needs running back-and-forth many times, but made sure we were all happy, even helping the other gentleman with his tonneau cover (which he doesn’t have to do-this just shows he goes above and beyond for his customers).

I would never in a million years suggest your car be brought here for repairs, body work or anything. Mike, Kelly Chevrolet has no idea what they're doing. They gave you my car back with no oil in it. Then they gave him my car back with no charge on my ac. They are incompetent and rude. They don't give you any status updates and they don't return phone calls. Oh yeah and the last thing is they're dishonest. They lied to me more than once. They have one saving Grace here and that is the salesman named Carl. He was honest and he returns phone calls and he actually cares.

The very day I picked up my car after service installed a new radiator, my car overheated as I lost all of my coolant as the lower radiator hose was not installed properly and it came off. After purchasing additional coolant and my husband who is a mechanic, and thankfully had the proper tool to reattach the hose, I was able to get my car home. I made sure to contact the dealership to document the ordeal in case of future potential issues. I was very disappointed with the service.

Andrew was very nice to do business with. When I got home and looked over the bill, I discovered the wheel sensor was bad when I bought the car. The display window was jumping in mileage from 13 to 99 the entire time I had the car. I ignored it because I look at the speedometer to check my speed. And of course it wasn't covered under my service contract. Disappointed for sure.

Instead of the technicians locating the problem, I was told I needed a new battery. My old battery was one year old. I paid almost $500 for this service - and I didn't even need a new battery. My husband located the issue and we are now bringing my car back to the service department. I have never complained before, but I really don't have $500 lying around to spend on unnecessary 'repairs'. The issue is with the fan not turning off which was draining the battery - from what I've heard - a common issue with the Trax. Considering driving to Ellwood to have all future services done at McElwain. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or if you are trying to rip off customers.

Was greeted warmly. Was given directions to the waiting area. While waiting for my service work to be done the service writer came to me and informed me that my vehicle needed a state inspection performed. He explained that it would be free and all I had to pay for was the inspection sticker. This saved me having to make another trip to have it performed saving me time and money. Wait time was reasonable and had a pleasant conversation at the end.

We were very disappointed that the service team did not have in their records that we purchased a maintenance service contract when we purchased our vehicle. This is a huge fail in our eyes as we previously were charged and paid for services that were covered. Hopefully something will be done about this in the future! Why can’t you flag the accounts of people who have a maintenance contract??
