I had a recall for roof air bag which they did a wonderful job on. Also got inspection. Needed a break light and was charged 36.95 which is absolutely ridiculous for a 5 min. Job. Next time I will change light bulb myself and bring back for them to re inspect it. It takes longer to take a tire off to inspect breaks then it does to change a break light. I fully understand you need to charge for labor on things but seriously almost 37 for a 5 min job is ridiculous. It will truly make me think twice before buying another vehicle from Kelly's and this is my 3rd. The free inspiration say CUSTOMER LOYALTY!!! Is not all its cracked up to be!

I stopped in Kelly Automotive to drop my 2023 Elantra off for repairs to the bumper. I asked an associate if I might talk with someone about possibly changing to a Chevy product when my lease was to run out in 2/26? He directed me to the right place and I was introduced to Carl Saviano, in sales. He is a nice, knowledgeable young man and very helpful!! I did test drive a Trail Blazer, which was great, but not for me, and more than I could afford a month. No pressure, which was nice!! Carl was patient and took time to explain everything we were doing--which I appreciated, as I am old and slow. Fortunately (long story short) I was allowed to get a lease on a 2025 Elantra, no penalty for breaking the old lease. I really like the Elantra and was well pleased with the service I got. Our AC was blowing hot air, we needed to have it fixed quickly to go out of town for an upcoming funeral. I tried several Chevy dealers close to our home, soonest any of them could get us in would be middle of August or later. I then called Kelly Kia Chevy where we purchased our Blazer which is an hour away from us. I spoke with Dave Thiry in service he was FANTASTIC he got me in that afternoon ordered the part which would come the next day. He set us up with a rental and by the end of the very next business day we were cool and on our way. Well worth the drive! Thank You Dave Thiry for getting us in so quickly and doing your job oh so well and to the mechanic who worked on our vehicle. Kelly Kia All The Way!

I was there for a yearly inspection, but whatever you're there for, I find they don't give you the detailed paperwork they used to. I like to see where they would check the tire pressure, how good the brakes are, etc, etc. They do an excellent job on my car as always and am very grateful for them being so good and knowledgeable at their job. The male technician at the service desk in the garage didn’t want to be bothered.I approached and advised him that I had made appointment for 11:30am and was informed by phone that they over booked and was asked to come in early at 11:00am. This guy said he would be with me in a moment.10 minutes later he was still looking at his paperwork.Thank goodness the female Technician had finished with her customer asked if she could help.This girl was very pleasant and helpful and tending to my service needs,she was excellent .The other male tech never addressed me or my appointment,he seemed a bit bothered and rude.I know everyone can have a bad day now and then but if treats others like this Kellys may need to look in to it. I have purchased several vehicles from Kellys and the sales Reps were always incredible.But the service male tech I approached need an attitude adjustment when dealing with customers.I most likely will go elsewhere for my service in the future.

State inspection, put the wrong sticker on the truck. Put a 9/26 and it should have been 11/26 on it. Two months before and the month of. Weather stripping on the seal plate at the driver's door is still loose and falling off. I guess I will have to repair myself to be right. And then tried to charge me $137.00 for services rendered. That really put the icing on the cake. First oil change and tire rotation was on the house. I bought the truck in April 2025 as a leftover 2024. Service made everything right though. Just had to pay for the inspection sticker.

Roman Black is an exceptional salesman. He will go above and beyond for his customers and seems as if he genuinely cares about them. He will even work past close to make sure you are happy. he is professional and tends to your needs. he had another customer when we got there and we requested him as he helped my husband to buy his vehicle so when it was time for my vehicle purchase, we wanted him. He tended to both of our needs running back-and-forth many times, but made sure we were all happy, even helping the other gentleman with his tonneau cover (which he doesn’t have to do-this just shows he goes above and beyond for his customers).
