Chevrolet’s mid-size crossover SUV, the Blazer, is back in 2023 with a number of impressive features that you are going to love. Covering all aspects of the driving experience, including performance, comfort, and safety, the 2023 Chevy Blazer is a must-see.

1. Special Editions

The Blazer’s 2LT and 3LT trim levels can be upgraded with one of two special edition packages. You can opt for the Midnight/Sport Edition, which includes special 18-inch black-painted aluminum wheels, gloss black emblems and detailing, and a roof rack, or you can go for the Redline Edition, which adds 20-inch black-painted aluminum wheels as well as black emblems and red detailing.

2. Driver Mode Selector

The driver mode selector is standard on all Blazer trim levels, and it allows you to choose a drive mode to optimize performance under a variety of conditions. Front-wheel drive Blazers can change between Tour, Sport, Snow/Ice, Tow/Haul, and Off-Road modes, while all-wheel drive Blazers swap Tour Mode for All-Wheel Drive Mode, keeping the other four modes.

3. Chevy Safety Assist

Chevrolet’s in-house safety package is standard on all Blazer trims as well, and it includes automatic emergency braking, following distance indicator, front pedestrian braking, auto high beams, lane assist, and forward collision alert. These features make the Blazer safer for you and your family, allowing you to benefit from Chevrolet’s advances in driver-assisting technology.

4. Advanced Technology

The 2023 Blazer also applies technological improvements to improve your comfort behind the wheel. Chevy’s Infotainment 3 system is included in all trim levels, with the 2LT and 3LT coming standard with 3 Plus and the RS and Premium trims coming with 3 Premium. Chevrolet Connected Access comes standard on all levels and offers helpful functions like vehicle diagnostics. Adaptive cruise control is available as an upgrade as well.

5. Engine Options

2LT, 3LT, and Premium trim levels come standard with a fuel efficient turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine that makes 228 horsepower and up to 25 mpg combined. Drivers who want more power can opt for the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 engine that puts out 308 horsepower with up to 22 mpg combined. The V6 engine comes standard on the RS trim level and as an upgrade on the 3LT and Premium trims.
